2025 DEPOSIT RESERVATION TERMS

All Deposit Reservation Prices stated are based on 2024 prices and subject to an increase from the ACO. Final 2025 prices are expected to be released during November 2024.
Deposit Reservation payments are strictly non-refundable. If you decide not to continue with your booking then we will retain the amount you paid to secure your place by making your Deposit Reservation.
By making your Deposit Reservation Booking you are entering a legal contract and commitment to purchase products and services from Team Langoustine to the the total value of that booking (based on published 2024 prices). Amendments can be made to your booking between the time of the Deposit Reservation being made and 2025 bookings amendments being locked, prior to tickets being shipped to customers, but the total value of the booking MUST NOT be less thanthe order value at the time of making the Deposit Reservation.
The Deposit Reservation payment amount you make will be taken off your total booking balance when 2025 ACO prices and your booking is confirmed.
A confirmation will be sent to you to show that you have successfully secured a reservation place for Le Mans 2025, although exact camping pitch size and ticket type may be subject to change until final details are released by the ACO towards the end of 2024.

All prices quoted are based on UK £Sterling.
Pitches and specific Tribune/Grandstand tickets are subject to change, and subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
Camping Prices are quoted on a per pitch basis. Tickets and Food Packages are based on a per person basis.
General Entry tickets MUST be purchased from Team Langoustine.
Customers will be able to add Tribunes (Grandstand Tickets) and other options as upgrades to their full booking in due course.
Food Package are compulsory for Premier Camping Packages, as we can no longer possible administer a two-tier system that allows for food to be optional.
If for any reason we have to make a major change to your booking, which is not acceptable to you then you can cancel your booking and we will refund the amount you paid. Our usual booking terms and conditions will apply to any changes made after your booking has been confirmed.
All tickets purchased for children (Under 14) must be accompanied by an adult ticket purchased at full price. You may need to pay the standard ticket price for any child ticket at the time of Deposit Reservation booking, but we will deduct this from your final balance.
If there is an obvious error on your Deposit Reservation booking confirmation we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it. If any of these changes are not acceptable then you will be entitled to a full refund.
All attendee details must be entered correctly no later than one month prior to tickets being shipped to Organsers/Lead Person booking on behalf of a Group for the 2025 event.
No amendments can be made to your booking once your bookings are locked, in advance of tickets being shipped to customer ahead of the event. If you make any amendments after the lock period has ended, additional amendment fees will apply.
Normal booking terms and conditions will apply to your booking once confirmed.

Your contract with us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with your contract with us.
